Rockson Gracie, Rickson Gracie's son who died young in a motorcycle accident, is seldom featured in BJJ media. This rare footage shows the master Rickson Gracie and his son not only demonstrate the essence of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but also the principles of movement that lay the foundation. Little Rockson does a great job of throwing his old man around.
I love this. In today's society, generations lose touch with each other. My brother is only 15 and without Jiu Jitsu and Formula 1, we would have much weaker chances of interacting, much less spend a weekly 2 hour session with each other, sharing much laughter and fun on the mats:
Or why not some goofy fun (with my sister holding the camera)?
Whatever your reasons are for training Jiu Jitsu, why not use it as a vehicle to get to know those you love better?

I've been trying to get my wrestler cousin, and brother (who lives in Japan near a couple studios) to start for this very reason. No success yet:(
I love sibling fun videos:)
