The Four Cornerstones of the PTGrappler Blog

Over the years I have run the Part Time Grappler blog, 4 themes have developed further than others. 4 recurring areas have attracted more and more attention both from me and from the readers and the knowledgeable people I have interviewed for the blog. These are: The Spiritual side of jiujitsu as a martial art, the actual physical techniques of grappling, the beautiful community of people within the art and, naturally, what we as Part Time Grapplers get up to off the jiujitsu mats.
